Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Additional labor, materials, or repairs may be required once work begins. Any additional charges will be discussed before they are performed whenever reasonably possible.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other customers.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the requested service.
• Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Removing personal belongings that may interfere with the work.
• Providing any required permissions for work to be completed.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, major credit and debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship for a reasonable period after service. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Customer-supplied parts or materials
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, weather, or modifications made after service
• Existing issues unrelated to the work performed

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J3 Home & Auto Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
